Melt pool temperature and welding current, welding rod diameter, welding rod angle, arc burning time, etc. have a close relationship, for the relevant factors to take the following measures to control the melting pool temperature.

1. Welding current and welding rod diameter

According to the spatial location of the weld, welding levels to choose the welding current and electrode diameter, open welding, the choice of welding current and electrode diameter is larger, vertical, horizontal elevation position is smaller.
Such as 12mm flat plate butt welding of the sealing layer selected φ3.2mm welding rod, welding current: 80-85A, filling, cover layer selected φ4.0mm welding rod, welding current: 165-175A, a reasonable choice of welding current and diameter of the welding rod, easy to control the temperature of the melt pool, is the basis of the weld forming.

2. The transport method

4. Arc burning time
